When is the reunion exactly? ⌄
The reunion is June 24–28, 2027 at Boat Haus on Boulder Lake in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Check-in is Wednesday June 24th at 4 PM, check-out Sunday June 28th at 11 AM. RSVP to lock in your spot!
How much does it cost per family? ⌄
The fee is TBD — it depends on how many families attend and which venue we book. We're working to keep it affordable and fair for everyone. Expect the amount to be announced with the venue confirmation.
Can I bring a guest who isn't family? ⌄
The reunion is for Clenett family members. If you'd like to bring a significant other, reach out to the planning committee first so we can account for them in the headcount and fee.
What if I can only attend part of the weekend? ⌄
Partial attendance is welcome. Just note your available days in the RSVP form. A partial-stay fee may apply depending on the venue setup — the planning committee will sort it out with you.
How do I confirm my payment went through? ⌄
Include your full name in the PayPal note or Baselane memo when you pay. Then email the planning committee or text your family coordinator. We'll confirm receipt within a couple of days and mark you as paid.
What should I bring? ⌄
A full packing list goes out closer to the date. General rule: comfortable clothes, swimwear, athletic gear for the field games, and your best trash-talk for the dominoes table. Leave the excuses at home.
